This department is incharge of the Personnel and Administrative matters for the NCSSS as a whole. All the appointments, promotions, training, retirements, staff discipline, etc. are taken care by this department headed by Manager at the Head Quarters.

Affiliation & Accreditation

The role of the accreditation department is to ensure that Cyber Security Education provided by institutions of higher education meets acceptable levels of quality. Accrediting agencies, which are private educational associations of regional or national scope, develop evaluation criteria and conduct peer evaluations to assess whether or not those criteria are met. Institutions and/or programs that request an agency's evaluation and that meet an agency's criteria are then "accredited" by that agency.

Public Relations

Public relations functions are categorized by the publics with which relationships are established and to whom appeals are made to understand and/or accept certain policies, procedures, individuals, causes, products or services. Practitioners who perform specialized functions may play a management role, operate as a communications technician, or function in a dual role. Main Areas : Community Relations, Employee Relations, Government Relations, Financial Relations, Media Relations, Public Affairs.

The functions of the accounting and finance department in any business can get a little confusing. Entrepreneurs tend think and move quickly, so ensuring the accounting department is stable is pivotal in the growth of your business.

Marketing

Technical

The workflow of Tech support department begins with receiving customer request and task assignment and finishes when customer request is satisfied and all technical issues with product are resolved. When the user contacts the support team for help, one of the operators logs the call or the e-mail request in an issue-tracking system and creates a reference number.

If the issue is already known and resolved, the operator informs the user about that and gives an advice or a workaround solution. If the issue is a new one and not met before, the operator gives an estimated time of when the problem will be resolved and solution will be provided. The issue is documented, and now the support engineer is assigned to resolve it in cooperation with QA and development team. Supervisor takes care of deadlines and controls problem solving process by tracking tasks of the support service engineer.

Legal

Law department is responsible for providing legal services and advice to the organization, its divisions and employees. The department office faces a great number of different legal matters. These matters include: business development, contract management, real estate transactions, customer claims against the organization for product damages and defects, litigation, employment law, sales and leases matters, debt collection, bankruptcy, case prosecution, and much more. All these activities create the workflow of Legal department. Programs & Events

The role of Event Management: process of planning and co-ordinating the event is usually referred to as event planning and can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering and emergency plans.

Training & Development

To ensure supervisors and managers have the training they need to succeed. To provide general training opportunities for all. To provide consulting, facilitation and planning services to the agencies and departments of state government/Central Government/PSU's/Private Sectors/NGO's.

Research & Development

The research and development department plays an integral role in the life cycle of our organization. While the department usually is separate from sales, production and other divisions, the functions of these areas are related and often require collaboration.
